Discussion on the set of Morning Joe turned to Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton's position on human rights and women’s rights and how relations with China might be impacted if she is elected president. During a conversation with NBC News Chief Foreign Affairs correspondent Andrea Mitchell, veteran columnist Mike Barnicle says he's heard reports from a former senior Obama official that “the Chinese are very, very hesitant about supporting Hillary Clinton in any form or fashion.
